Privacy policy

Effective 20 October 2026

Clopca Fleet is a personal development and automation project. Its Google integration is intended for its owner, rather than the public.

Data and purpose

With explicit authorization, the integration can read the verified Google account email, Gmail messages and metadata, Google Drive files and metadata, and Google Calendar information. The permissions are read-only. Data is accessed to carry out tasks requested by the owner; connectivity checks use account and service metadata.

Storage and retention

OAuth refresh credentials are kept in protected credential stores, including 1Password, and delivered to enrolled tools when needed. This public website does not collect or store those credentials or Google user data.

Automation outputs may be retained in owner-controlled project artifacts and agent session histories. The owner controls those outputs and their deletion. Revoking access stops future authorized reads; it does not delete copies already retained in task outputs.

Sharing and limited use

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used by this integration to train generalized machine-learning models. A service selected by the owner may process data only as necessary for an explicitly requested task, with suitable privacy settings and subject to Google's Limited Use requirements.

Clopca Fleet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Control and questions

The owner can remove the integration from Google Account connections, retire an enrolled tool, and delete retained task outputs and stored credentials. For questions, use the support email displayed on the Google consent screen.
